5 Day Refund Policy
You will have 5 days from delivery to return your item. If you are unhappy with it and 5 days pass we will allow an exchange only please follow exchange policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without notifying us as the exchange will not be processed properly. Please notify Jeanette@blacys.com
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be allowed for exchange.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once we have received your email we will start the exchange process we will need to be notified of which item you have and what you would like to exchange it for. We will send you a confirmation number that will need to be written on a copy of the receipt.
Once we have received the item and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, we will put together a remaining balance of your new purchase or the remaining credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the vault of the purchase. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, with insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
