Online Purchases
If you've purchased an item online, you can return it within five (5) days of delivery for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for all fees associated with the transaction including credit card fees, shipping fees if applicable (receiving and return), and restocking fees. After five days, we will only allow exchanges. Please follow the exchange policy.
In-store Purchases & Exchange
In-store purchased items can only be exchanged, not returned for a refund. This policy also applies to online purchases beyond five (5) days.
An item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange. You must also provide proof of purchase or receipt. Please notify us at sales@blacys.com before returning any items.
Custom-Designed Jewelry
We do not accept returns of custom-designed jewelry. All sales are final.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without first notifying us at sales@blacys.com. If you do, the exchanged item will not be processed correctly.
Restocking Fees of 25% on the final purchase price will apply to all transactions including online, in-store, and custom-designed items upon approval of return or exchange.
Please note that any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error and will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your email, we will start the exchange process. Please let us know which item you have and what you would like to exchange it for. We will send you a confirmation number to write on a copy of the receipt.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will provide the remaining balance of your new purchase or the remaining credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Gifts
If the item was a gift, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the purchase. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to Blacy's at 51 University Ave, suite B, Los Gatos, CA 95030, United States.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, including insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
